He grew up in Miami Beach, Florida, surrounded by music from an early age as his father was a member of the Bee Gees. He studied music at the Sdoia Satz Institute in Miami, and then studied acting at RADA.

His full name is Robin-John Gibb Jr., and his father was a member of the Bee Gees, and he has a goal project to release new renditions of the band's hits as well as unreleased songs he and his father composed. He plays a variety of instruments, namely the piano, keyboard, violin, lead guitar, & bass guitar.
