Journalist and author who has written for a number of publications like The New York Times, The Guardian, The Independent and The Daily Telegraph. 

Before Fame

She graduated from University of Central Lancashire in 2011 with a degree in english literature. She was president of the students' union while she was there, and was elected member of the National Executive Council of the National Union of Students from 2012 to 2013. 

Trivia

Her first book,  Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race, was published in 2017 by Bloomsbury Publishing. 

Family Life

She was raised in London by her Nigeria mother.

In 2018, she was won the women to be photographed for British Vogue's article "Meet The New Suffragettes" along with Dina Tokio and Stella Creasy.
