Pedro Sánchez

Politician who is known for serving as the Secretary-General of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party. In June of 2018, he came the Prime Minister of Spain. He was appointed to the position in 2014. On February 2, 2016, he was named Spain's Prime Minister to form a government coalition following the 2015 elections.

Before Fame

He graduated from Complutense University in 1995 with a dual degree in economics and business sciences. He first joined the PSOE political party in 1993 following Felipe Gonzalez's election win.

Trivia

He served his first term in the Spanish parliament from 2009 through 2011. On July 26, 2014, he was officially appointed the leader of the opposition as the head of the PSOE political party.
