NBA training specialist and owner of the PJF High Performance Center. He has trained over 2,000 athletes since the start of his performance training career. His fitness career has helped him accrue over 750,000 followers on Instagram. 

Before Fame

He first discovered his passion for basketball as a young child growing up. After realizing that the NBA wasn't necessarily an option for him, he enrolled in Arizona State University to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness. 

Trivia

He first began gaining popularity from his training courses by posting his workout videos onto his pjfperformance Instagram account. He was eventually discovered by Rob Pelinka, who would then go on to introduce him to James Harden. 

Family Life

He was born and raised in the Flagstaff, Arizona area. He now lives along with his wife, Ashley, in the Anaheim, California area.
