Entrepreneur and author who founded the lifestyle brand Bonberi. In 2018, she opened Bonberi Mart, a plant-based convenience store in New York. She wrote the 2022 book Body Harmony: Nourishing, Plant-Based Recipes for Intuitive Eating. She has amassed more than 100,000 followers on her bonberi Instagram account.
