Taekwondo athlete who has become one of the world's most well-known child ambassadors of the sport. She won back-to-back AAU Junior Olympic Games titles in 2012 and 2013.

She started practicing taekwondo at age five.

Trivia

In 2014, she released her first book, Kick it Fit with Natalie. She followed with the book Tough Girls Finish First and also began writing a regular column in Taekwondo Times Magazine titled Kickchat with Nat.

Family Life

Her father, Chris, founded the gym NexGen Fitness.
