Chinese brush painter who combines Literati style with an impressionistic approach to color. She has work that would seen at Chicago's Art Institute and numerous other venues, and her artwork has been published as greeting cards.

She spent summers at Interlochen's National Music Camp.

Trivia

She threw her painting "The Pagliaccio Trio" in the trash, only for a teach to retrieve it. It would receive a National Scholastic Award. She has illustrated a number of books, including one called Suma the Elephant that won the Benjamin Franklin Award for Artwork
