Defensive coordinator with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1996 to 2008. He won Super Bowl XXXVII with the team.

He played college football at Nebraska and started his coaching career with the team as well.

After many great years with Tampa Bay, he signed to be the defensive coordinator with the Tennessee Titans but only lasted one year with the team.

Family Life

Became a grandparent when his son Lane had two kids with wife Layla.
