Before Fame

In 2012, she was a Triple J Unearthed High finalist. However, she postponed launching her music career until she graduated high school. She released her debut EP Life of Montaigne in 2014.

Family Life

Her real name is Jessica Cerro. She adopted her moniker from 16th-century philosopher Michel de Montaigne. She has collaborated with artist Daði Freyr, releasing a single featuring him in 2022.
