About

Australian swimmer and Olympian medalist who gained popularity after becoming the 2023 World Champion in the individual women's 100m and 200m freestyle, in addition to relays with her team. In the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, she won two gold and one bronze medals in relay events. 

Before Fame

She began swimming when she was four years old. Her first international title was at the Budapest Word Championship in 2019, where she won the silver medal as a part of the women's 400m freestyle relay.

She has partnered with Speedo Australia. Swimmer James Magnussen has compared her skills to those of a young Michael Phelps.
