His parents both appeared in the publication Dress to Kill when Jessiann, his mother, was pregnant with him. Shortly after Milo was born, pictures of him were uploaded to Francisco's website.

He briefly had his own Instagram account but it has since been deactivated.

His mother, Jessiann Gravel, is also a model. His younger brother Laslo was born in 2016.
