Milo Fleming

A self-taught chef who became famous as a contestant on Top Chef Junior in 2018. He placed third in his season. He prepared food such as elevated nachos and pot pie.

Before Fame

He started cooking at age six. In sixth grade, he began taking culinary classes. 

Trivia

His first dish was preparing eggs. He said they were the basics and could teach timing, consistency, and seasoning. He was a fan of Cake Boss hosted by Buddy Valastro.

Family Life

He always helped his parents in their kitchen. His mother Stephanie was a server at a Minneapolis restaurant.
