Musician, songwriter and composer who became popular in the 70s as a founding member and keyboard player for the popular band Madness. They're known for songs like "It Must Be Love", "One Step Beyond" and "Our House". 

Before Fame

Before starting Madness, he gained notoriety in London as a graffiti artist. His art name was Mr. B. 

Trivia

In 1981 he featured heavily in the film Take It Or Leave It, a documentary about Madness's rise to fame. 

Family Life

His two brothers, Ben and Dan, are also musicians. He was married to Sandra Barson from 1981 to 2008. Their children are Jamie, Joey and Timothy.
