Miguel Boyer

Politician and economist who is recognized for having served as Spain's minister of economy, treasury, and commerce from 1982 to 1985. He was accused of fraud with Mariano Rubio in February of 1992. 

Before Fame

He studied economics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Trivia

He was a director of planning for the Unión Explosivos Río Tinto. He was also an economist for the Bank of Spain.

He was married to model Isabel Preysler.
