One half of the EDM duo Grey he created with his brother Kyle. Kyle started producing music first and after seeing his success, Michael also learned how and they've been working together since 2015.

Before Fame

The closest thing the brothers ever got to collaborating with each other as kids was when they performed in their school's drumline together. 

Trivia

Their first big break came after a friend gave them a mystery e-mail address and instructed them to send any of their best to it. The address belonged to Skrillex who took a liking to their work and wound up helping them get label representation. 

Family Life

He and his brother grew up in Huntington Beach, California. He has been dating Ashly Schwan since 2018.

Their breakout hit "Starving" was a collaboration with Zedd and featured Hailee Steinfeld on vocals.
