Grammy award winning music producer and audio engineer who became known for his work with artists Kanye West and Beyoncé. He has won multiple Grammy awards for his work on various albums and songs including Best Rap Album three times: 2006's "Late Registration," 2008's "Graduation," and 2012's "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy."

Before Fame

He started doing collaborations with numerous Texan artists, including Selena Quintanilla in the 1980s. He began his hip hop career producing two albums with the Houston-based group Def Squad.

Trivia

He plays guitar, synthesizers, and saxophone. He has performed for live performances with Travis Scott, Kanye West, The Weeknd, and Metro Boomin. He also created the musical arrangements for the "After Hours Nightmare" Halloween Horror Nights haunted houses at Universal Studios Hollywood and Orlando.

Family Life

One of his sons graduated from Harvard Business School. He also has a dog he occasionally posts on instagram.
