Chef who became famous as a contestant on season 18 of the Fox series Hell's Kitchen and finished as runner-up. In 2013, she also competed on the Food Network's hit show Chopped.

Before Fame

She studied food and cooking at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. She graduated from college with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Management.

Trivia

She worked as an apprentice for established chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, Thomas Keller and José Andrés. She appeared on The Family Channel's Home & Family. She worked as a private chef in New York City.

Family Life

She was raised partly by her grandparents who gave her an appreciation for fresh and wholesome food. She grew up helping her grandmother cook.
