Megan Jones

About

Welsh and English rugby union player best known for playing as a fly-half and a centre for the Premiership Women's Rugby club, the Leicester Tigers Women. She has also previously played for clubs including Bristol Bears Women and Wasps Ladies. 

Before Fame

She began her rugby career when she was only six years old when she started playing in Glamorgan. At the age of 16, she relocated to England to continue pursuing her athletic career and to attend Hartpury College. She went on to earn a Bsc Honours degree in Sport Science and Management.

Trivia

She competed on the British squad at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and the 2024 Paris Olympics. She has also participated in international tournaments including the 2017 Women's Rugby World Cup and the Women's Six Nations Championship.  

Family Life

She and her partner, Celia Quansah, competed together at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics where they represented Great Britain. She has a sister named Abby.
