Masrour Barzani

Politician who is the prime minister of the Kurdistan Region, since June 2019. He is also the chancellor of the Kurdistan Region Security Council and a member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. Before Fame

He joined the Kurdish resistance fighters when he was 16-years-old in 1985. He was an active participant in the Battle of Khwakurk against Saddam Hussein's army in 1988.

Trivia

He created the Barzani Charity Foundation in Iraqi Kurdistan. It's a non-profit charity organization that provides aid to the internally displaced, refugees, and vulnerable locals. 

Family Life

He dad is named Masoud Barzani, who was also a Kurdish politician. He grew up with a brother and sister, Nabila and Mansour. His wife is named Nazanin Masrour Barzani, and they have a son named Areen.
