Wife of King Frederik X of Denmark who became Queen of Denmark. Her relationship with the then-prince was a major news story in Europe with many people calling it a "fairytale" romance. In 2022, she was mistakenly invited to Elizabeth II's funeral and had to be uninvited.

She worked as a consultant for Microsoft Business Solutions.

Trivia

She met her husband at the Slip Inn, a pub in Sydney when the prince was visiting Australia during the 2000 Summer Olympics and she did not know he was a prince until well into their relationship. In 2007, she founded an award-winning social organization called the Mary Foundation.

Family Life

She has four children, Prince Christian, Princess Isabella, and twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine.

She married into royalty, much like Princess Diana.
