Before Fame

Prior to setting his sights on a future in the culinary industry, he initially pursued a career as an industrial engineer. However, after discovering his true passion, he went on to study culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu College. He launched his on-screen television career as the host of the program ¡Oh diosas!

He is the co-founder of a craft beer brand called Magdalena and the "dark kitchen" fast food concept known as Fat Burger. He has built a strong social media following through his YouTube channels Viaja y Prueba, which captures his culinary adventures across Peru, and Cocina Pe, which features simple yet flavorful recipes accessible to cooks of all skill levels.
