Lucas Chumbo

About

Professional surfer who is also known by the nickname Chumbo. He gained widespread recognition from his appearances during the 20th season of Big Brother Brasil. In 2018, he was given the Billabong XXL Best Male Performance award.

Before Fame

He first began his professional surfing career in 2009. Prior to becoming a professional, he competed in the Pro Junior circuits as a teenager. 

Trivia

In 2022, he won first place in the WSL Big Wave World Tour. He also won first place at the 2022 Nazaré Tow Surfing Challenge. 

Family Life

He grew up living with his family in Saquarema, Brazil.
