Initially notable as a finalist in the first season of So You Think You Can Dance, she later sat on the judges' panel of the British reality television talent competition Alesha's Street Dance Stars. She also competed in the 2010 Second Dance World Championship.

Before Fame

After studying dance at Laine Theatre Arts in Epsom, England, she took part in the 2001 Royal Variety Performance in London.

Trivia

She performed in London West End theatrical productions of Blaze and Some Like It Hip Hop. She was a dance captain for the closing ceremony of the 2012 London Summer Olympics.

Family Life

A native of Southampton, England, she grew up as the youngest child and only girl in a family of four siblings.

When she was in her mid-teens, she appeared alongside British screen actor John Challis in a stage production titled the Southampton Christmas Pantomime.
