Lisa Adams

About

Gold medal Paralympian shot putter who has seen great success in F37 Shot put and F38 Discus Throwing. She won a gold medal at the 2020 Paralympics and the 2019 World Para Athletics World Championships.

Before Fame

She was diagnosed with a form of cerebral palsy called left hemiplegia, at an early age.

Trivia

In 2017 she played rugby with the Waikite women's able-bodied team.

Family Life

She is very close with her siblings Sid, Valerie, and Steven. Valerie Adams is also a shot putter and her coach.
