Actress, best known for her role as Isobel Evans in Roswell, New Mexico and Helen Park in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. She is the daughter of actress, Christine Baranski and playwright, Matthew Cowles. She has over 50,000 followers on Instagram, where she posts under the handle lilycowles.

Before Fame

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in religious studies from Princeton University, relocating to Los Angeles immediately after graduating. She began her career in entertainment as a personal assistant to Jonah Hill during the production of True Story. In 2015, she had her acting debut in Enchantments.] In 2016, she also had a recurring role in the political satire, BrainDead.

She was cast in the CW reboot of Roswell, titled Roswell, New Mexico in 2019, a 3-season series which ended in 2022. In 2020 she started the ongoing project of playing the role of Helen Park in the first-person shooter video game Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. 

Family Life

She was raised in rural Connecticut, as the daughter of actress Christine Baranski and playwright Matthew Cowles. She has an older sister, an attorney named Isabel. Her father, Matthew, died of congestive heart failure in 2014.
