Lene Bausager

About

Film and video producer best-known as the wife of 1980's pop icon Rick Astley. She was a producer on films including 2005's Cashback, 2008's The Broken and 2012's Ginger & Rosa. She also produced the music videos for Madonna's 2005 track "Hung Up" and her husband's 2018 song "She Makes Me."

Before Fame

She met her husband in 1987. She was working in marketing at his record label in Denmark. They started dating in 1989.

Trivia

In September 2020, she and her husband drove from England to Denmark to visit their daughter. They wanted to avoid flying during the pandemic. 

Family Life

She married Rick Astley in 2003. She has a daughter named Emilie Astley who has a master's degree in fine art. She shares photos of her family on Instagram.
