Writer and director who is best known for his feature films Ordinary World and The Giant Mechanical Man. He is also known for his work in television and is credited with having both acted and directed an episode of the popular television series The Office. 

Before Fame

He started his career as a writer, having penned the script to the short film The Man Who Invented the Moon in 2003. He then went on to make his directorial debut in 2012 with The Giant Mechanical Man. 

Trivia

He is also a playwright known for having written Sad Happy Sucker which was produced in Los Angeles in 2009. 

Family Life

He married actress Jenna Fischer in July of 2010 and together they have two children named Weston and Harper. 

Associated With

As an actor, he starred alongside Joseph Sikora and Sean Gunn in the 2008 feature film Pants on Fire.
