Laura Dahlmeier

Olympic biathlete best recognized for competing at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics. In 2017, she won five gold medals at the Hochfilzen World Championships.

Before Fame

She first became interested in biathlons at the age of seven; but it was another two years later before she actually began to compete. She previously did alpine ski racing.

Trivia

She began competing in world cup races in 2012 and in 2013. She won her first gold medal in the team relay at the Sochi World Cup.

Her parents are Andreas and Susi Dahlmeier.
