Her videos have featured her making pastries such as Almond & Saffron Twisted Buns and Cheesecake Brownies. She has often stated the catchphrase, Gluten Morning, in her videos. She has also been a strong advocate for mental health.

She is the founder of the nonprofit organization, Breaducation. In April 2022, she and her father published their book, Breadsong: How Baking Changed Our Lives.
