Multi-instrumentalist and music producer best known for being a founding member and drummer of the indie pop band duo The Marías. They made their official debut in 2017 with the release of their first EP, "Superclean Vol. I." After being signed to Atlantic Records, their 2021 single "Hush" became their first chart-topping song when it surmounted the Billboard Adult Alternative Airplay chart.   

Before Fame

He met singer María Zardoya while he was working as a sound manager at the Kibitz Room in Los Angeles, CA, where she was performing. They subsequently began composing music together and, with the recruitment of keyboardist Edward James and guitarist Jesse Perlman, they went on to establish The Marías together.

Trivia

The Marías' 2021 album "Cinema" earned a Grammy Award nomination for Best Engineered Album. Their performance was named one of the "Best Moments of Coachella 2022" by Rolling Stone, Billboard+, and the LA Times.

Family Life

He and The Marías lead singer Maria Zardoya began a romantic relationship just before co-founding the band together.

Associated With

He co-wrote the 2022 Bad Bunny song "Otro Atardecer" from his album, "Un Verano Sin Ti." He has also collaborated with artists such as Tainy and Young Miko.
