After attending Willows High School, he graduated from St. David's Catholic College. He then graduated with honors from the University of Wales with a 1st class Bachelor of Arts in interactive media.

He created a YouTube channel called AuthorJosephEvans to publish tutorials about how to use the app Episode.

Family Life

He married Charlotte Palmer-Evans in June of 2014.
