Before Fame

He attended high school in Long Island, and during this time developed a passion for photography after his mother gifted him his first camera, which was a 35mm. Soon after, he started to devote all of his time to film and photography and created his own darkroom. 

Trivia

He calls himself "The People's Paparazzi" and has released a book titled "Watching New York." In April of 2023, he was featured in an Interview magazine article titled "Johnny Cirillo @WatchingNewYork is the People's Paparazzi."

Family Life

He was born in Jackson Heights, Queens. Growing up his father was a UPS delivery driver and his mother was a creative stay-at-home mom. He is married.
