He worked as a contributing writer for various skateboarding publications, as a Team Manager for the New Balance Numeric team and he's proprietor of the Predatory Bird, a blog that showcases his writing, videography and photography. 

Before Fame

He grew up in Aberdeen, Scotland and graduated from the University of Glasgow.

He started working for Nike in 2013 as a Social Media Manager before becoming a Marketing Innovation Manager. 

Family Life

His sister committed suicide in 2011 which inspired him to start raising awareness about depression and mental illness.
