Singer and songwriter who has become a star within the Colombian folk music subgenre known as Vallenata alongside his musical partner Camilo Carvajal. He is also famous for his time as a contestant on the singing competition Idol Colombia.

Before Fame

At age 8, he and his family moved to Valledupar, Colombia, where he spent the remainder of his adolescence. 

Trivia

He has penned a number of songs for other artists, including Peter Manjarres's "Te Emeliculaste" and Mono Zabaleta's "La Magia Murio."
