Football player best known as the linebacker for the Carolina Panthers. He is now the head coach at Archbishop Murphy High School in Washington State.

He played football in high school while growing up in Washington State.  

Trivia

He was drafted in the fifth round of the 1998 NFL Draft. While playing for the University of Washington, he was a three-year starter and team captain.
