James Katina

Bassist and one fifth of the Christian Gospel group The Katinas with his four brothers. He and his band are best known for songs such as "The Katinas," "So Good," "Lifestyle: A Worship Experience," and "Timeless," all of which have topped music charts.

Before Fame

He first began playing at his father's church with his brothers Sam, Joe, John, and Jesse.

Family Life

He is originally from American Samoa. He has also lived in Washington and Tennessee. He comes from a family of 18. He married Chrissy Conway, who was a member of the pop rock band ZOEgirl.
