Taking after his father, he was quarterback for his high school football team and was briefly signed to the Arizona State University football team.

In 2014, he was arrested for and plead guilty to assault against his ex-girlfriend, though the charges were later dropped.

Family Life

His mother, Janet Buchan, was a competitive swimmer. He has three siblings, Jordan, Juliana, and Jessica, the latter of whom was a skilled basketball player.
