Pitmaster and content creator sharing videos about his favorite hobby of barbecuing, whether he is reviewing different products, entering himself in BBQ contests on the weekend, teaching classes to others interested in BBQ, or interviewing other BBQ masters in the Los Angeles area. He has made appearances on Food Network shows like Chopped Grill Masters, Cutthroat Kitchen, and local TV in his hometown. He's also posted travel and lifestyle vlogs on YouTube, where he has more than 190,000 subscribers.  

Before Fame

He posted his first-ever YouTube video back in 2014 with a video about his participation in the World's Smallest Grill competition. 

Trivia

When he wasn't working on his YouTube channel, he had a full-time job as the head tour guide for a team of IT project managers, which he retired from in 2021 to focus on his YouTube and barbecue career full-time. He has also won more than 30 grand championships in BBQ competitions, including best chicken, brisket, and sirloin.
