NASCAR crew chief most famous for being the crew chief of drivers Tony Stewart and Joey Logano. He won the Sprint Cup Series in 2002 and 2005 while partnered with Stewart.

Before Fame

He won a NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Championship with driver Mike McLaughlin at age 21.

Trivia

In 1999 he received NASCAR's Rookie of the Year award and won three races, a then-record for rookies.

He married a woman named Nanette and has children named Gianni, Zachary and Elwina.
