She is an ex-professional Latin ballroom dancer. After she quit her job as a dancer, she struggled to stay fit and maintain balance. She was able to get fit and healthy again by prioritizing balance, fun, and well-being, and she has used these principles to found her fitness business, Up to the Beat Fit.
