Genki Haraguchi

About

Professional attacking midfielder that was originally signed by the Japanese based Mitsubishi Urawa Football Club in 2008. He was later signed by the Bundesliga team Union Berlin in 2021. He has also played for the Japanese men's national team during his professional career. 

Before Fame

He initially began playing with the Kōnan Minami SS youth club as a child. He later joined the Urawa Red Diamonds at the age of thirteen.

Trivia

He played with Team Japan during the 2018 World Cup and the qualifiers. He scored exactly six goals during that span of games. His soccer fame has resulted in him earning over 110,000 followers on his haraguchi_genki_official Instagram page. 

Family Life

He grew up living with his family in Saitama, Japan. He now lives along with his wife, Ruriko, and their pet dogs.
