Gatis Irbe

About

Known by his stage name Gacho, he is a Latvian rapper and hip-hop artist who is known for having been signed to the RANDOMS music label. He is best recognized for his hit singles "Par Virsdrebem", "Stampa Gridu", and "Viss Pa Istam". 

Before Fame

He first started his career in hip-hop in 1999 when he joined fellow rapper Domino to collaborate on the project Full Clipp. He then went on to write his first song "Weed" before releasing his debut album 12 Menesi in 2002. 

Trivia

He is known for having won a Latvian Music Record Award in 2009 for Best Hip Hop Album.

Family Life

He was born and raised in Riga, Latvian SSR. 

Associated With

He has performed alongside fellow rapper Adam Tensta and also collaborated with him on the single "Dilli Dalli Minku Parka".
