Garrett Hedlund

About

He played Sam Flynn in Disney's Tron: Legacy and Patroclus in Troy. In the 2012 film adaptation of Jack Kerouac's On the road, he played Dean Moriarty. He was also cast as Hook in the 2015 film Pan.

Before Fame

He attended a talent convention in high school and was immediately signed by a talent agency. His debut role in Troy paved the way for his roles as Murtagh in the fantasy film Eragon and as Jack in the crime film Four Brothers.

Trivia

He grew up to become a huge fan of Tim McGraw and was very excited to have him play his father in Friday Night Lights.

Family Life

His mother is Kristine Anne and his older brother is Nathanial Hedlund. In 2019, he began dating Emma Roberts. In December 2020, he and Roberts had their first child together, a son named Rhodes. The couple separated in January 2022. He previously dated actress Kirsten Dunst.
