She was also a member of S Club Juniors and has pursued a solo career. She became runner-up on Strictly Come Dancing in 2014 and in 2021, she appeared on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here.

She worked as a sales assistant and before appearing on the S Club Search competitive television show.

Family Life

Her maiden name is Sandford. She dated McFly bassist Dougie Poynter and, in 2014, she married soccer player Wayne Bridge. She and Wayne have two sons, Parker and Carter.
