Fitness expert and personal trainer who rose to fame after documenting her physical transformation to extreme fitness after having two children. She offers online and in-person training, has developed a fitness app called Fit with Fabi and regularly appears as a fitness correspondent on major network and cable news and talk shows. 

Before Fame

She was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and lived in Honduras, but she was primarily raised in Philadelphia. 

Trivia

In 2016, she won a fitness challenge sponsored by Oxygen Magazine and her prize was appearing on the cover of one of their later issues. She is the first Latina woman ever to grace the cover of the magazine.
