About

Photographer, educator, writer, and speaker known for her expressive style of landscape and nature photography, and known for holding positions as a Canon Explorer of Light, an f-stop Global ICON, and a ProMedia Gear Ambassador.

Before Fame

She initially worked as an art historian and earned a PhD in ancient Greek and Roman art. She ended up developing skills and a passion for photography while completing her program. She began traveling and taking photos. 

Trivia

She was honored as the Photographer of the Year by CaptureLandscapes in 2019. She has been a member of the nature photography team, Photo Cascadia. She often goes on solo expeditions to remote and rugged places.
