Before Fame

Before weightlifting and CrossFit, she was a competitive swimmer. She studied sport and exercise science at Loughborough University.

Trivia

She began a fitness coaching brand called YES. She is known as Dynamite from the on British TV endurance sports game show Gladiators. She enjoys singing and has written and posted original songs.

She grew up with her family in the suburbs of Manchester.
