Fitness influencer and content creator known for his fit2fat2fit Facebook page, which has accrued 1 million followers. On his page, he has often posted videos in which he talks about the importance of not just physical health but also holistic health. His videos have featured him talking about topics like self-worth, empathy, and identity. He is particularly known for his Fit2Fat2Fit experiment in which he intentionally went from fit to overweight back to fit. During the experiment, he gained over 60 pounds.

He studied Business Management and Leadership at Southern Virginia University. During his time in college, he was a wrestler and played football.
