As a freshman in the 2022-23 season, he appeared in all 39 games for the Huskies. He averaged 6.9 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.8 blocks per game, while shooting .655 overall. He is known for his 7'2″ height, his agility, footwork, and his passing ability.

Family Life

His parents are Bill Clingan and Stacey Porrini Clingan. His mother was a basketball player at the University of Maine. She died of breast cancer at the age of 42. He has a sister named Olivia.
