Delilah Rene

About

Radio personality best known as the host of the Seattle-based, nationally-syndicated song request show Delilah. She is a National Radio Hall of Fame inductee and the author of several books, including Love Someone Today (2001) and Arms Full of Love (2012). 

Before Fame

She spent much of her childhood in Reedsport, Oregon, where she won a middle school speech contest. 

Trivia

She voiced the character Sarah on the VeggieTales episode "Abe and the Amazing Promise." 

Family Life

She raised 13 children, 10 of whom were adopted. She has been married and divorced several times.

She is featured prominently on the Hallmark television series Cedar Cove, which is based on the Debbie Macomber book series of the same name.
